Body Imaging
Radiologists with expertise in Body Imaging are specialists in cross-sectional imaging techniques that are used to diagnose and follow disease processes of the chest, abdomen and pelvis. They provide expert interpretations of radiography (x-rays), CT, ultrasound, MRI and PET images.

Musculoskeletal Radiology
Radiologists with a subspecialty in Musculoskeletal Radiology focus on the diagnosis of traumatic, degenerative, and metabolic bone and joint disorders, as well as tumors of bone and muscle. They provide expert interpretation of standard x-rays, MRI, CT and PET images to detect subtle abnormalities involving the bones and surrounding tissues in the evaluation of sports injuries, joint pain and arthritis.

Neuroradiology
Radiologists who specialize in Diagnostic Neuroradiology have expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of disease processes affecting the central nervous system, including the brain, head and neck regions, and spine. They provide expert interpretation of CT, ultrasound, MRI and PET images of those areas.

Pediatric Radiology
The subspecialty of Pediatric Radiology is concerned with the radiological manifestations of diseases of children and the unique imaging needs of the pediatric patient. Expert diagnostic interpretations are provided using x-rays, ultrasound, MRI, CT and PET/CT images. The focus and training of this pediatric subspecialty optimizes care for infants and children, with special attention to the emotional needs of these patients and their families.

Nuclear Medicine
Radiologists with expertise in Nuclear Medicine are specialists in techniques that use radiopharmaceuticals to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions. These techniques often provide important physiologic information about body processes that cannot be obtained with standard radiographic techniques.

PET (Positron Emission Tomography)
Radiologists with subspecialty expertise in PET are experts in the interpretation of
images using positron emission tomography. A PET scan uses special radiological pharmaceuticals to trace abnormalities in the targeted area of the patient’s body.

Vascular & Interventional Radiology
Radiologists who specialize in Vascular & Interventional Radiology use fluoroscopy, CT, PET and ultrasound to guide catheters, needles and balloons through the skin by needle puncture to perform a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. These include angioplasty/stent placement, chemoembolization, radiofrequency ablation, vertebroplasty and many others.
